Courses Terms & Conditions
1- The course should be completed within 4 months from the date of registration
2- If the student was unable to complete the course during the 4 months the student needs to do new registration and full fees will be applied.
3- If the student was unable to complete the course during the above mentioned period and want to complete somewhere else a referral will be given at his request valid for 1 year from the date of issue
4- The course fee should be paid in full before the course starts.
5- Scubamaster will assign a qualified instructor for the course accordingly.
6- Scubamaster reserves the right to change the instructor any time without notice before or during the course.
7- Participant should follow the instructions given by the diving instructor and Scubamaster
8- Students should have their own MASK, SNORKELS, FINS and Wetsuit or can rent them separetly.
9- Pool and sea admition are limited to the advertised numbers and if more sessions is needed then additional charges will apply.
10-If the student was unable to complete the pool requirement in one day for any reason additional pool session need to be conducted and planned for an extra fees shall be paid for each additional pool lesson (for courses that require pool training only)
11-If the student was unable to complete all or part of the required open water dives for any reason additional sea session need to be conducted and planned for an extra fees shall be paid for each additional local sea trip.
12-Scubamaster will supply the following equipment for the Training period only: BCD, Regulator Set, Weight Belt and Scuba Tanks.
13-Nitrox Tanks may be introduced during the course under the supervision of the instructor for Demonstration use only and shall not be used after the course unless certified
14-Course fees is not REFUNDABLE when the course starts.
15-If the student wishes to cancel the course during 7 days of the registration date an administrative fees and the price of academic material will be deducted which is BD95/-
16-All communication shall be between the student and the organizer of scubamaster in written and no other type of communication will be accepted.

17-Any Cancellation of attending any of the training session shall be confirmed 48 hours before the event otherwise it will be considered as no show and additional fees will be applied
18-Diver will receive a temporary card valid for 90 days after completing the course.
19-Final Card shall be received within 90 days
20-If final card was not received within 90 days student must follow up and inform the organizer in written to do the necessary otherwise PADI might charge for the fees of replacement card that cost BD25
21-Upon arrival of the Certification Card organizer will send WhatsApp message or email to notify for pick up unless otherwise specified by the customer to send direct to home address then it’s the responsibly of the customer and Scubamaster will not be liable for the card.
